COVID-19: How We Are Protecting Our Customers
Due to COVID-19, we have implemented several important policies to ensure that you are protected. From your initial estimate, to the service, we have implemented strict social distancing and hygiene policies.
As a precaution our staff will wear face masks during any indoor communication with you. Though this may make communication more difficult, we believe it is necessary to keep you safe. If weather permits, conversations can also be held outdoors without a mask while observing a minimum of 6 feet of distance. Our staff will also refrain from shaking your hand or having any physical contact with you. If doors need to be opened, or furniture moved, our technicians will use a new pair of disposable gloves to prevent the spread of germs. Before leaving the property, our technicians will clean and disinfect door handles and hand rails in their path and work area. If you have any special requests, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In addition to our service policies, all of our employees are encouraged to stay home if they feel sick, and to self-quarantine for 2 weeks if experiencing any flu like symptoms. We have implemented social distancing in our office as well, with the majority of office staff being encouraged to work remotely. All meetings are held in an open warehouse with strict social distancing enforced so that employees are not within 6 feet of one another. Our office is disinfected daily, including high touch points. Our employees have all been provided hand sanitizer, and communal eating has been suspended as well.
We know that many of these changes can be frustrating, but we are committed to protecting your family, and ours. We will continue to update our policies as new information emerges, and as local, state and federal policies change.
Thank you, and stay safe!
