COVID-19: How We Are Protecting Our Customers

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. While we have previously implemented strict social distancing and hygiene measures, we are now offering these measures by request.

 

If you would like our staff to wear face masks during indoor communication, we are happy to oblige. If weather permits, we can also hold conversations outdoors without masks while maintaining a minimum distance of 6 feet. Our staff can also refrain from shaking hands or having any physical contact with you, as you prefer. If doors need to be opened or furniture moved, our technicians can use a new pair of disposable gloves to prevent the spread of germs. Before leaving the property, our technicians can clean and disinfect door handles and handrails in their path and work area. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

 

In addition to our service policies, all of our employees are encouraged to stay home and seek testing if experiencing any flu-like symptoms, and not return to work until cleared by a medical professional. We have implemented social distancing in our office as well, with the majority of office staff working remotely throughout the week. 

 

We understand that these measures can be inconvenient, but we want to assure you that we are committed to protecting your family and ours. We will continue to update our policies as new information emerges, and as local, state and federal policies change.
