Mrs. Gandee has over 31 years of disaster restoration experience. She has a love of education and enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge in class. She serves on the boards for the Mt Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce and the Salvation Army, is the local Election Day Precinct Captain and is a leader at her church. Credentials:

Mr. Gandee has over 34 years experience in the disaster restoration industry. He has always sought to new ways to make our homes and buildings healthy places to live and work.  As a subject area expert, he is an often requested speaker and was an advisory member of the IICRC S-520 Mold Remediation guidelines and the 2005 S-500 Professional Guidelines for Water Damage Restoration.
